Saturday, July 20, 2024: Today was too windy to leave, as planned, so we extended our stay. We walked around the island for hours, savoring the views and the sounds. We even saw a bride and groom posing for their photographer. Sometimes the crowds will start clapping and cheering when they see newlyweds, but not this time. They were a beautiful sight to see as we passed by. We enjoyed a simple, dinner on the boat; fish and rice. There's a stone wall around the marina that is the perfect height for the boaters to set up grills and prepare their own meals. Looking at this picture now, I realize there weren't many people around to witness the newlyweds. Hopefully they were cheered as they made their way through town. Larry; grilling fish for dinner.
