I have dreams that I'm still longing to fulfill and getting there isn't a prescribed formula but I'm a person who requires a bit of structure and to be surrounded by inspiring guidance, reminders of what I value, and what I'm working towards.
I created this planner to provide some basic framework around the journey towards my dreams and I self-published it to be able to share it with you. I have learned that weeks or even months will quickly pass when I'm caught up in the busyness of life before I realize I didn't focus on me; self care or following my dreams. This planner helps me to check in with myself on a weekly basis, to evaluate my own actions, and to refocus on what is most important. The structure of the planner is generic enough that it will help do the same for your unique journey towards your dreams.
This 90 day journal offers weekly pages that are separated per month with lots of room for you to write. There is a section for you to check off the healthy habits you're practicing, another to note your main goal for the week (and your reward if you accomplish it), space to write a short list of your priorities, and a place to note your wins in the most important areas of your life (work, health, love, and fun).
